We operate a “no wrong door” policy where a child can approach any member of the academy staff if they have a problem or concern.
Please ensure that Five Islands Academy holds the contact information for at least two different people. Any changes to addresses, phone numbers and other contact details should be communicated to enquiries@fiveislands.org so that your child’s information is current.
If you give overnight parental responsibility to another relative or family friend while you are away from the islands for any reason, please inform Reception of these temporary arrangements so that we know who to contact should this be needed.
